Dr. Kevin Welinsky has a passion for providing exceptional patient care in his Towson, MD practice. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he completed a clerkship in oral surgery and participated in international externships in Peru and Honduras. He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) and an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and Maryland State Dental Association (MSDA).
With advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, laser-assisted procedures, implant placement and restorations, Invisalign, and oral surgery, Dr. Welinsky combines technical expertise with a patient-centered approach. He has also studied at the esteemed Pankey Institute and the Engel Institute, further refining his skills in advanced restorative and surgical techniques.
Dr. Welinsky is committed to making every patient feel comfortable and confident during their visit. Understanding that dental visits can be stressful, he and his team have created an environment designed for comfort, offering personalized touches like music choices, plush chairs, pillows, and even snuggies. Dr. Welinsky lives in Phoenix, MD with his wife Sara, their three children: Remie, Larkin, and Harlyn. The family enjoys time with their dog Rylie, who also joins Dr. Welinsky at the office every day. Dr. Welinsky enjoys watching the Ravens and the Orioles. He is a dedicated fan of Hopkins lacrosse and has a lifelong passion for the sport, having played lacrosse at Friends School here in Baltimore, and at Elmira College.
